What locations do you have estates in?

We currently have estates in Ondo State  (Ondo and Akure), Ekiti State (Ado-Ekiti), Kwara State (Ilorin) and the FCT (Karshi, Guzape II and Gousa).

Are my personal details safe when I subscribe to your estates?

Absolutely. We treat all information provided during your land subscription with the highest level of confidentiality. Your personal and financial details are securely stored and handled in line with strict data protection practices, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind throughout the process.

The Buying Process

How do I buy property from you?

Buying property with us is pretty simple:

  • Choose your preferred estate or property size.
  • Make a minimum initial deposit.
  • Spread your balance conveniently over a flexible payment plan (up to 60 months).
    Our team will guide you through each step of the process, from documentation to allocation.
Are there any other fees to be paid after payment for land?

This is a breakdown of the extra charges to be paid for developmental fees for the land:

(subject to review) 

Infrastructural Fee: N1,000,000 (2,000,000 for Abuja estates)
Legal Documentation: N150,000
Survey: N100,000
Security: N50,000
Supervisory: N50,000

What documents do I get after purchase?

After the payment of your initial deposit, you get your Purchase Receipt and your Contract of Sales (within 3-5 working days) which contains the details of payment and terms of agreement. On subsequent payments, you get your purchase receipt.

Construction & Allocation Process

What are the requirements for getting allocation from Jomav Homes?

At the completion of payment for land and receiving of your allocation certificate, allocation is on READINESS TO BUILD which is to be expressed by the client.

The client is expected to pick up an allocation request form, submit necessary documents (including building design and builder’s profile), sign necessary documents (e.g indemnity agreement), get the required approvals and move to site.

How long does it usually take for a client to get allocation from your company?

In order to get allocation after the completion of your payment and receiving your PROVISIONAL LETTER OF ALLOCATION,  you can reach out to our construction department at co**********@******************es.com to get an accurate timeline of your allocation process.

What are the client requirements, to kickstart the allocation process?

After completion of payment and expression of readiness to build, the client is supposed to possess the following documents – all payment documents, approved drawing/building plan, survey plan (included in the infrastructural fee) and builder’s profile.
