Job Brief

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to oversee all Business functions in our company. You will be in charge of a team of Business Executives and Marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Research and Identify New Opportunities

  • Generate new business leads and prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending events.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a strong pipeline of new business

  • Work with the management team to develop business development strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and consistently delivering value.

  • Analyze current market trends and keep up-to-date with competitive intelligence to develop strategies to improve market share.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to negotiate terms and conditions, contracts, and pricing to close deals

Strong networking abilities to develop relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
